The 2GIG PANIC1-345 is a single button wireless panic button designed to communicate an emergency panic alarm via 345MHz RF frequency back to the 2GIG Go!Control alarm system. A panic button can be the difference between life and death in unfortunate events such as home invasions, robberies and theft. This a compact unit that comes with a sensor clip that can be interfaced with accessory clips for a car visor, belt, wristband and lanyard which can be used as a necklace. It is a versatile since it can be programmed to trigger an audible or silent panic alarm for police, medical and/or fire dispatching.
In order to activate the panic button you must press and hold it for 2 full seconds. The red LED will light up and the signal will be sent to the alarm panel instantly. The PANIC1 is battery powered by an included lithium coin cell battery. The battery is designed to last up to 2 years depending on use. The system will generate a low battery trouble on the keypad when the battery is getting low. Be sure to replace the batteries promptly when this alert is received.

The PANIC1 is a fully water-resistant device so it can get wet and still function normally. It is not designed to be fully submerged underwater.
