Episode® Electronics Tabletop Plasma/LED-Proof IR Sensor with LED Feedback

You'll be hard-pressed to find another tabletop IR receiver that packs as big a punch. With advanced IR filtering for resistance to interference from plasma/LCD displays, AT&T U-verse support AND the smallest form factor on the market, the EE-IR-RCVR-TABLE is ready to take on your next IR installation challenge.

Compact Size

Compact Size

As one of the smallest tabletop IR receivers on the market, you might think it easy to push around. Don't be fooled, though. This little guy is a heavyweight! It features a steel insert for added weight and a rubber pad for extra grip on the table or cabinet.

Presto Chango

Presto Chango

Stuff happens. Like getting to the jobsite only to discover that your tabletop IR will no longer work. No need to stress! Just remove a single screw and presto chango – this tabletop IR receiver transforms into a surface mount. We even supply an adhesive strip inside just for this purpose.

Dual-WAN

Talkback LED

A talkback LED blinks when receiving IR or interference. It’s ideal when troubleshooting and is equally as valuable to the end-user as visual confirmation that the IR signal is being received.

Advanced IR Filtering Technology

In addition to blocking common interference from plasma and LCD displays, it is also resistant to sunlight, Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL), Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI), and Electrostatic Interference (ESI). Best of all, it has the "smarts" to do all this without impacting reception and performance.

Universal Acclaim

This sensor works with virtually all A/V components and remote controls – even AT&T U-verse! This is thanks to wideband IR capability (30-60kHz) and support of RCMM compressed codes.

Going the Distance

This Episode IR receiver features dual diodes for long-range reception up to 40 feet and off-axis response up to 30 degrees in any direction. NOTE: IR distance is dependent on remote strength and ambient noise conditions.
