CoCon is a software suite for conference management& assistance, that opens up a host of options andconfiguration setting to control every aspect of themeeting experience.
CoCon is connected to a central conference unit thatcontrols a number of microphones and other conferenceequipment. The software interacts with the centralconference unit to enable various functionalities and viewson the conference. That is why CoCon is conceived as aclient-server framework.
The CoCon Discussion Module serves as the basis of thesuite and is needed to run other plugin modules.

CoCon Documentation is an optionalmodule that allows document managementon multimedia devices.A meeting can be enhanced with documents that can bemade available to delegates. Both general documents, aswell as meeting-specific documents, are supported.
The module allows control over which documents canbe accessed and which documents are linked to agendapoints.By using the multimedia units, delegates attending themeeting can browse, scroll, and consult these documentsusing the uniCOS F/MM (71.98.2000). The operatorcan focus all screens to a specific document and page.Additionally, guided scrolling is available for ultimatedocument control.
